1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can French fried onions
4 cups frozen shredded has brown potatoes
2 cups frozen cut green beans
Once meat is cooked through, add soup, milk, pepper and half the onions into the skillet with the meat.
Spray a 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer potatoes and green beans in slow cooker. Top with beef mixture, spread evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours (my cooker is very hot - I cooked it for 5 hours and it was ready). Top with remaining onions and serve.
