3 pounds ground beef
1 large onion - chopped (about 1 cup)
1 1/2 med stalks of celery chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 can (26 1/2 oz) manwich sauce
24 sandwich buns
**This recipe is for a large crowd of people - I typically do 2/3 of this recipe - that feeds my family of seven and gives us leftovers for lunch.
Cook beef and onion over medium heat, until beef is browned - drain fat. Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients, except buns, into a 3-4 quart crock pot.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-9 hours - depending on how your crock pot cooks - mine cooks very hot - so I lean toward the 7 hours.
Stir well before serving. To serve, fill each bun with about 1/3 cup mixture. Top with cheese if you like. You can also freeze leftover is you like.
