This is really a made up recipe. The turkey tenderloin is great to use as a 2 meal recipe. If you eat only half the turkey tenderloin as one meal - save the other half for this recipe on day 2.
1 Tequila and Lime marinated turkey breast tenderloin by Jennie O (I have only been able to find this at Sam's club - you can use other pre marinated turkey breasts - we just REALLY like this one.)
Rainbow pasta - any shape you like
Shredded cheddar cheese
Italian salad dressing.
Place turkey breast in slow cooker on low for about 6-8 hours - depending on your cooker. (the turkey can also be grilled - super good)
Once turkey is done - take it out and shred it. Stick it in the fridge to cool.
Cook pasta according to directions. I usually cook up about 2 cups.
Strain and chill the pasta.
Chop the onion and shred the cheese.
Once every thing is cool enough so the cheese will not melt - combine all the ingredients - except the salad dressing - into a large container that you can cover.
Let chill for 2-3 hours and serve with the dressing.
